Our yearbook staff is working hard to get this year's book ready for our Madison families.
All yearbooks come with 2 FREE personal pages you or your child get to create for yourself (these pages are specific to your own yearbook. No one else will have these special memories). Submission for these two free pages are due no later than April 5th. You are welcome to purchase additional pages if you'd like.

Captured some great shots at a school event that you're willing to share? Our staff is always looking for photos from different angles capturing the moments showing the wonderful faces of our Comets.
Did you know you can upload you photos from various Madison events directly to the TreeRing website? It's easy! Here's how.
Click here to upload your photos. Select Share Photos. Find the folder of the child's grade then teacher.

Attention 5th grader parents: All 5th graders will be receiving a FREE 1/4 page ad in the yearbook. Start thinking about what you'd like to include in your child's dedicated space. Submissions must be 30 words or less and 2-5 photos ONLY. All submissions for the 1/4 page ad will be due on Monday, 4/15/23.
Notes about ad:
1/4 page ads are available at no cost to ALL 5th graders. Ad area "to edit" are only accessible to 5th graders with a purchased yearbook*. Purchase of a yearbook is not required to receive an ad, however it is highly encouraged. You will also get two (2) FREE custom pages per student with your purchase. Ad design is DUE 4/21/24.
To access the ad area, log into TreeRing and click onto your 5th grader's yearbook link. Under your 5th graders' yearbook, select the Recognition Ads tab and a 1/4 page ad will be available to you for editing.
*If you did not purchase a yearbook under your 5th grader's name and only purchased it under their younger siblings, you are still eligible to have an ad created for your 5th grader. In this case, your child's ad design will be created by our yearbook editors. All wording and photos must be sent to yearbook@madisionpta.org no later than 4/15/23. There will be no exceptions.
